Talya’s Rescue is an NGO founded by Noha Awad in 2020.

The Rescue has two main Objectives
To rescue, rehabilitate and rehome abused dogs and to treat, vaccinate and spay/neuter stray dogs.

Rehabilitation

There is a strong emphasis on the rehabilitation and behavioral component of the dogs’ healing, in addition to the usual medical administration.
Talya’s attention to dog rehabilitation and behavioral therapy means that the dogs aren’t just kept alive, but that they’re gradually brought back to the ultimate healthy state.

Dog Psychology

Another emphasis of the Rescue is dog psychology. Talya’s adopts a bespoke approach to each dog’s healing. Scientifically, dogs are influenced by human emotions. Based on this, each dog brought into Talya’s initially only undergoes healing with the owner herself with the prime intent of uplifting that dog’s emotional state, as the physical rehabilitation is being carried out
